Where do I go to get a Florida License plate??

I just moved here 8 months ago and my plate from another state expires next month (May). I live in Jacksonville now and want to know where to go to get a Florida License plate?
And how do I get the ones with the Fish and beach on it? I see alot of cars with those… HELP!! This is my first time doing this.
I thought it was the DMV just wanted to make sure. Well I asked some people and they didn’t know.
