Marine Fish Tank
What next on my 30 gallon marine Fish tank?
Please answer in a non confusing way.
My 30 gallon saltwater fish tank has been running for 16 days. There is no live rock in it, just substrate and a few decorations. What should I do next. Maybe numbering the steps and writing it less confusing because I am a beginner.
I know I have asked this before but my previous answers were very confusing.
**I plan on putting two clown fish and maybe one shrimp and a few hermit crabs**
The next step would be to add live rock. Live rock provides structure and biological filtration. I would add about 1 pound per gallon. You can mix it with base rock so that the price will come down.
The next step would be to wait about 2 weeks and test your water. Then you can see if you can add two clownfish. Hermit crabs can go in when the live rock goes in. The reason being, the hermit crabs will need some food.
